Questions about flu symptoms

I’ve been taking care of my girlfriend for the past two weeks. Well tomorrow will be the second week since she’s been getting flu symptoms. We went to the doctors this past week and they gave antibiotics. She has gotten a lot better. My one question is:

Has anyone had body aches to the point that it’s hard to lift an arm or hold it up without it aching? Her fever and chills have gone down a lot. But she has just dealt with some leftover body aches. Any advice would be great. Thank you.

Stay hydrated and don't lay around in bed.

Even if it's walking to sit in a chair move when feeling better.
