I'm New Here

I have lost over 2 stone in weight since June this year. I am on Sertraline and have been for 13 days. My rib cage is sore and sometimes i wish to walk somewhere immediatly. I have had this stomach pain for the last couple of months. My sleep pattern is down to 2./3 hours a night. I constantly have to get up at 2 o'clock in the morning to deal with the stomach pain. I have had a number of tests to establish the problem including a CT scan a abdominal scan Chest X ray Colposcopy all have come back clear of cancer. My lopcal surgery says the pains i am experiencing are due to my anxity. I due shake in my right hand and feel sore all over my body. My question is does this sound like an anxity problem and what if anything can i do to stop this downward spiral. Thanks for your advice in advance. K1819

Sorry Maman2144 did not reply earlier thanks for the advice will now go for more walks and take in the trees the sky and whats around me thanks again Maman hope everything is ok your end.

It takes time to start working, so just keep taking it, I sometimes have shaking hands I think it must be a site effect. I think possibly your pain may be due to your anxiety, I find deep breathing to help me. Hope this helps you. Being in my gArden or walking in the park helps too, concentrate on the plants and trees and try to relax. Take care of yourself.
