Anxiety symptoms came back

I was feeling very optimistic about having a new mindset about life trying to bring back my positivity but unfortunately my symptoms has came back. I knew I would start struggling since my cycle has delayed tremendously. I hate the muscle twitches chest arm and jaw pains. Even though I have had multiple ekg’s and a mri I can’t stop to thinking my body is slowly deteriorating

I feel the same way, I’ve been doing great for the last 4 months and now for almost 3 weeks I feel like I am back to square one again. Body aches all over, dizzy, jaw pain, fuzzy vision, panic, overwhelming thoughts, same old same old. You’re not alone in this x

Good Morning....I can relate to what ur saying....I have been having quite a good spell for a number of weeks.....then bang yesterday I started having a major panic attack, with all the symptoms ur describing. It’s so good to have this site to come to and speak with likeminded individuals. It really is the pits. Like u I have had various tests, bloods done and all fine, but still this rears it’s ugly head, hope this finds u a little btr today 😊😊

I hope this will be able to end for all of us, it just plays with my mind so much I can only think of the worst.
