Cold tingling sensation in feet?

I was lying down, then I got up and my feet felt tight? As I started walking, it started to tingle and it kind of felt like pins and needles, but cold.. Its been 20 minutes and the sensation is still there. It is pretty mild though, not pain at all.

Any idea what could be the cause?

Hi it sounds like your feet perhaps went to sleep coz you were lying on a nerve or something. The sensation you describe is nerves waking up. It is not serious and will wear off very shortly. x
