Agoraphobia and fear

I fear that I might suffer with agoraphobia forever. Have been trying to overcome this but the feelings of dizziness and fear seem to be getting worse and my anxiety is sky-high. I feel I have no quality of life and am confined to my sette most of the time and do not want to face people. I just want my life back.

I feel the same as you it’s horrible to live this way. I do get dizzy but my main fear is my heart so I don’t leave the house for fear of my heart stopping, it’s has a big impact on the quality of my life it’s been this way for two years. I do push myself to go out sometimes and it’s helps a lot, then I fall back into a fear of something happening to me and retreat back to the sofa again. I really understand how you feel and if you need to msg me feel free, take care.

I am so sorry you are struggling. I do understand to a certain extent. I go to work every day but other than that I stay at home on the couch. I miss my old life.

Hopefully things will turn around and we will all be in a better place in life.

Hang in there you got this !

Hi! You are welcome. Im just stating the truth really. Panic is such a terrible thing to go through so I feel your pain the good news is theres something u can do about it. There are many ailnents out there that cant be cured but there is for this. I decided to take it head on and get to the bottom of it. Many people dont do that bc of the time & energy it takes and also the cost.

Im currently seeing a therapist who does parts therapy with me. The full name of it is Parts therapy psychology. It's a specialized type of therapy. There are books about it if you're interested in learning more. If u find info about it and it states it's hypnosis then u r not on right website.

Ask me any questions abd/ or follow me on here.
