Yeah it's 10:00 a.m. and I've been up all night. My derealization and passing out feelings and feelings of dread are really high so I'm scared to fall asleep because i think something is going to happen to me. Is anyone else like this?

OH and im super dizzy
I'm sorry you feel like this. Make you drink some water so you're not dehydrated. I know watching videos doesn't help sometimes with dizziness because of the movement, but maybe play a show on your computer. It won't completely distract you but eventually you'll get too tired to keep listening to the noise.
