Hi new to this group but not to HealthUnlocked

Hi so I was just searching to find another support group and came across this one as I already follow two others. I do suffer from anxiety as well as bipolar depression and currently T the moment am here lying awake and can't find my sleep due to mixed state and because of this am having bouts of anxiety. Letting you all know that I'm here as well to listen if needed and also a few years back in my early mid twenties was diagnosed with first stage A1 cervical cancer but luckily found out early enough to beat it and have been in remission now for 6 years going on 7.
