Hey everyone. I'm wondering if I'm alone or not. Ok, since my anxiety and panic disorder reared its ugly head again, I've hit a stage where in the last few days I'm in a constant frantic state and severely nervous tension but inwardly, if that makes sense. My heart doesn't really race, I don't hyperventilate or anything but I feel panic. And it's not like I have a panic attack and it goes away, it's always there, that fear of nothing. It's a mental panic if that makes sense, with all over body nervousness.
I assume it's adrenaline because during my workouts I feel normal again, I even start thinking positive thoughts.
The feeling is getting intense and a bit out of control. Is this a sign my condition is getting worse? I used to have a break from this during certain parts of the day.
My therapist has me working out and keeping busy since I wasn't doing anything productive to see if I improve.

You’re not alone - right now my anxiety has come back full blown too. Find it so tiring trying so hard all day just to keep it in check. That’s good that you’re working out and I’m happy for you that it helps. I’m glad you have a therapist I just talk to one this morning but I can’t see her until mid May.
The wait for a therapist can feel like eternity. Let them know you want to be put on the waiting list if someone cancels. Mine was mid May but I went yesterday due to a cancellation. It came just in time. I hope you were able to get some relief.
You’re not alone and I’m so happy your therapist asked you to exercise. Endorphins are the key.
Been there. It’s terrible. So much of my panic was internal, without the heart racing.
Would you describe it like being trapped in a box with horrible nervousness and panic without the sweating and racing heart effect? I keep trying to her confirmation from others because it's too bewildering. How did you overcome?
