Natural Anxiety Supplements?

Hi there. Recently I have been taking Kava Root and it has been helping my anxiety quite a lot! I start getting dizzy, panicky, etc and I take the dropper of Kava. Usually my symptoms are gone in about 15 to 20 minutes. It's really been helping me. I was just wondering if anyone else could recommend some natural supplements to help keep my calm and lessen my anxiety. Thanks so much! (Currently on a 2 month waiting list to see a new psychiatrist cause my old one never listened to me. So I'm trying natural supplements and what not till I can see my new dr and get on meds.)
