Do you have this feeling like you are loosing balance?

It's either fatigue, either upper back pain, or a form of anxiety, but I feel pressure on my body, like I can't stand normally or I'm going to fall.

THis symptom was a doozie for me, on and off.

It came on in the strangest places, and sometimes it felt like the floor was going to come up to meet me, not that I was going to fall down.

It must be some kind of adrenaline symptom because no " real doctors" have a clue.

I used to sail in the summers and when we got of the boat we had " sea legs" but we knew exactly what they were and we kinda laughed about it.

But when you are walking around , seemingly minding your own business, and it hits, that is another story.

I never fell out, tanked, hit the deck, or was picked up by an alien space ship, the floor never broke away and came up to meet me, and I'm still here today.

I can promise you that if that symptom comes back, as they can, I'll be pretty pissed off, and scared at the same time.

What I learned here was to ACCEPT the feelings, FOR NOW.

You hit the nail on the head. That's how I feel.

I thought that maybe it's because I was about to pass out and that has imprinted in my mind?

we never faint. when we are anxious out BP goes UP not down.

I have no clue what it is, but I GET IT, ( in more ways than 1) :)

hi,thats an interesting thought adrenalin, could very well be that-im trying to get my heart sounded;feels as though I am walking on stilts, just unsteady ...because my breathing technique is shallow/or something like that!have you did the adrenal test where you use a coin or some other implement to test-you sort of scratch the skin , and if it turns red its ok if not?then adrenal ine not working properly.any idea what im talking about.

By far my worst anxiety symptom. When I'm concentrated and actually focused, I either barely notice it or it's not apparent at all. Like someone else said, accept it and move on. Yes, it is absolutely horrible, but you aren't dying and it will pass. The more acceptance, the more you will normalize it and ultimately it fading away...at least that's my hope. You aren't alone.
