Popped A Pimple Within The Danger Triangle?

I'm really worried. Basically, I accidentally popped my pimple which i thought was a sore. Its located at at the bottom of my lip. I think its just below the corner of my mouth Anyways, now I'm worried in case I'll get a severe skin infection since i think it was in the danger triangle. Will i be okay? Will i get a severe skin infection? Pls help
