im not taking it im just curious how did it help people who are taking it or if it didn’t help at all

Ok I taken xanax at day it help but not at night. Because I wake up with night anxiety

I take zopiclone at night to help me sleep. I want to start medication daily too but I guess I’m too scared of the side effects.

I took zoloft, buspar and klonopin for a number of years for anxiety disorder. Taking the meds helped me feel and see what "normal" was like and allowed me to manage my anxiety. The meds did not eliminate my anxiety. The klonopin for me was particularly helpful for slowing down the mental ruminating.
