Hey all, it’s been a while. I’ve just moved back to college with my girlfriend. Lately I’ve had a creeping of more health anxiety. I feel short of breath. I get winded super easily. It’s rough. I’m also extremely anxious about my relationship. I’m afraid I’m gonna drive my girlfriend off or somehow ruin what we have. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Several years ago was when I started to recognize my anxiety symptoms. For me, my main physical symptom is accelerated heart rate but not much else. If it's been a while, consider getting a physical from a Dr. But I'm a fan of walks. Just walking clears my mind of worry. My mind tends to wonder and I just let it go wherever. When the walk is over I feel loads better. Letting go is hard bro, but the more you can let go of worrying about losing her the better equipped you'll be for all outcomes.
