Dizziness

Hi hope everyone had a good Christmas, does anybody else get dizziness wen lying down wen their either drifting to sleep or waking up? I’ve had a headache for 2 days I think it’s tension but it’s really playing up with my anxiety

Dizziness has been one of my main symptoms since I started struggling with anxiety and panic. My first attack was after a case of vertigo that actually scared me so badly, I am still struggling 3 years later. I take Dramamine every day and it really does help. I helps dizziness and nausea which I also have. I am lots better but still having anxiety most days.

Hi hun yea they said I’ve got vertigo B.B. p.v I think, it’s so scary I hate it, out off nowhere it sets off and now I’ve got a headache feel worse

Bless your heart. I actually had a really bad headache, took a goody powder which usually helps. That time it did not so I took another one. Went to bed and woke up at 2 am with the vertigo! Dear Lord it scared me to death. Everything was spinning and I was throwing up. I actually thought I was dying. Off to the ER I went. That started my journey with anxiety and panic disorder. I am so much better now, but it was a very hard time. Hope you feel better soon.

Have u been to the doctor for your headache? And u probably need to

See a ENT if u never been to one

I been having throbbing and pulsating

In the back of my head is comes and go

I been to the ENT and he says I have arthritis in my cheek after 4 days it was

Still brothing me so I went to urgent care

And she said it was a ear infection and sinus infection and gave me regular Tylenol and antibiotics and it left for

A couple of days but is back now smh

It’s just my anxiety I think ima stressed because tomorrow is the anniversary off my best friend she died New Year’s Eve she was only 28 happened suddenly and I keep thinking about it so I’m getting worked up, I see a ent for my throat got parathyroid adenonia benign tumor on my throat
