I'll be the first to admit it - my eating habits are terrible, I hate vegetables, most fruits and eat too much of the bad foods.
What I was wondering though was whether anybody thinks there is a connection between eating sugary foods and spikes of anxiety, as I think it might be with me, though I wonder whether it is physical or psychological.
Does anybody have any thoughts?
Hi, for me there is. If I eat too much sugar or I eat it late in the day I get flutters which are a part of anxiety. And I know sugar affects other people's anxiety as well just like caffeine does. So that's why I try my best to stay away from sweets, specially late in the day.
