SSRI withdrawal specialist psychiatrist UK?

After 8 years of using seroxat for my anxiety, 2 months ago I had to come off it very quickly due to lowered heart rate(bradycardia) (recommendation by cardiologist). I was put on diazepam 5mg x 2/day as a last resort in order to research and find a medication that would not cause a to low heart rate, which would also be easier to come come off it.

But I’m now suffering extremely of the seroxat discontinuation syndrome , my symptoms have now worsened after 2 months as I’m becoming tolerant to diazepam; insomnia, depression, anxiety, extreme fatigue and was admitted to A&E yesterday and it now seems that my hormones have also become imbalanced; very low testosterone and high cortisol.

My challenge is to find a psychiatrist that have experience in helping people coming off the SSRI in an appropriate way which is very difficult here in the UK. Does anyone know any specialist or have had any similar symptoms ? Please please let me know as I’m running out of hope and feeling worse every second X
