Pulsing in stomach

Hi, I'm quite concerned I've had it before but brushed it off but since yesterday, I've been feeling a pulsing sensation in my lower stomach, it feels like my heartbeat is in my abdomen. I'm worried because with my anxiety I'm often googling symptoms and have freaked myself out with aortic aneurysms. Reading the risk factors though two of the most common ones are being male and over 60. Being a woman and 25, I know it's highly unlikely but I still keep fretting about this sensation amd wondering if it's the aorta pulsing or it's muscle spasms?
