After eating
Hi Chrispal, I was always told that it's better to eat smaller meals throughout the day than to have just that one main meal. What may be happening to you is that you are going through 8 hours of the day w/o any sustenance. It's like a car trying to run on fumes because the gas tank is near empty. Our bodies need nourishment as well as hydration.
Getting tired after a meal is quite common because the body is busy digesting your meal and is quite satisfied. Being shaky and weak before your meal could be a sugar low. After a meal, I'm not quite sure.
Since I am not a doctor, I don't know your health history, it is always wise to see your doctor. You say the doctors don't give you an answer but apparently whether it is a psychological or physical issue, it needs to be addressed. Not eating is not the answer. x
I get really shaky if I take a long break (hours) between meals. I found anxiety killed my appetite and having an upset stomach along with it had me avoiding food to one meal per day. I slowly started associating food as a good thing again and would eat a banana in the morning, maybe some oatmeal. I like foods that don't make me feel full or slow me down. Eventually, my appetite came back and I put some weight back on. Maybe get a routine physical at your doctor with blood work and see if you're high or low in any minerals.
