anyone else feeling like this.

The last four days I keep feeling like I’m going to have a panic attack. I will be in a store and all of a sudden my head will start to feel ‘funny’ like a floating sensation.

I have been horrible symptoms the last four days too.

Tingling in my face,tongue, hands & bottom of my legs & feet.

I get a very nauseous feeling come over me.

My head really hurts, like a tension head ache, feels like there’s lots of pressure in it.

My mouth also feels very heavy to open sometimes too if that makes sense.

I get a floaty feeling a lot too.

Also my throat & chest feel tight at times.

Does anyone else ever feel like this?

I’m not on any medication.

I get the floating feeling as well when I'm outside somewhere. My vision gets a bit fussy as well. And I feel off balance as well. Only recommendation that I have is to practice on some breathing exercises so you can calm that feeling down. As far as nausea, I always have gum with me when I travel out it helps relieve my nausea.
