Does anyone else have this location in the back of the head if you apply pressure to it you feel a little pain? Can this be caused by anxiety? It’s in the back of my left and right side of the back of my head 😕

The back of your neck could hurt for a hundred reasons. You slept wrong, you have had your nose in your phone all morning or last night, or you have tension.
The anxiety is from your belief as to what the neck pain MIGHT BE from.
It is a viscous circle.
Anxiety comes FROM the belief's you have about your physical symptoms.
