You are NOT a horrible person. You aren’t going to lose your family either. Your depression is lying to you. You’re a beautiful person and your family loves you. I hope you start feeling better soon.

Hi Sfqueen,

I am sorry about what you are going through but you do not need to face this all alone. Consider getting help from your friends and relatives. Sometimes people are afraid to ask but are surprised that there are people willing to help. But even more important is that you get help from a medical professional, if you have not done so. A counselor or psychiatrist can help turn around these types of situations especially that they can provide you with medications that might alleviate your mood swings and other symptoms. I just hope that you get better soon.
