I now think I'm losing my appetite and I cried for while afterwards cos i keep thinking it's still that cancer. The previous symptoms still haven't gone away and I've now got stomach pains in different places. I've spoke to people and they've told me that it's very unlikely it's cancer. But i still can't stop worrying. Is it still my stress?
I got docs appointment Monday. But i ate fine perfectly earlier tday. But i was less stressed then. I'vd read that too much anxiety can make you feel sick, causing u not wanting much to eat.
I'm even more worried. Will i get diagnosed with it or can it be a loads of other things besides that? Really terrified and uspet 😓

I’m really glad you’ve made a doctors appointment as I can imagine that’s a really scary thing for you to do. What’s even better is they will be able to put your mind at ease and treat your symptoms, whatever the cause.
What I can say though, to try and ease your anxiety in the meantime;
1. A close relative of mine had stomach cancer, and whilst I am not going to tell you their experience because I know (as someone who suffers from health anxiety) that if you hear something it plays on your mind and you can start to wonder if you are having those symptoms, I can say that their experience of it does not sound like what you are describing.
2. Loss of appetite is very common when you are stressed and anxious.
3. When I am particularly anxious I often wake up with stomach aches.
It is perfectly plausible that your symptoms are caused by anxiety. There are also many other (minor) health conditions which could cause your symptoms. Stomach cancer is a very, very unlikely cause but I know when we are anxious it’s easy to fixate on things like that- the worst case scenario.
You will be ok. I hope the doctor is able to relieve you of your physical symptoms but also is able to help you with your anxiety because living with that can be equally as horrible.
I think you are really brave facing your fear head on and going to the doctors for the reassurance you need.
