What can I snack on for high carbs? (Unintentional weight loss)


I have constant anxiety and stress (extreme). I am stating to lose weight even though my appetite is good.

Stress the ought the night (hardly sleeping) means I am burning through energy. It's starting to show in my face.

Anyone have this issue? What can I do to load up on cards to halt the weight loss?

Dear Positive Survival, I am so sorry to hear that you are going through so much stress and anxiety. I am happy that you are researching positive responses. High carb health foods include: bananas, sweet potatoes, raisins, quinoa, apples, blueberries, grapefruit, chickpeas, oats/oatmeal, oranges, and kidney beans. There are plenty more, but this is a good variety and mostly low cost. I wish you the best!
