I am absolutely dredding my assessment again, I was on DLA for years then had to go for an assessment for PIP and they gave me know for care and nothing for mobility so I asked them for a mandatory change and they eventually gave me 8 points for mobility. I appealed this but I heard back from them a couple of months later to say that they had not received my appeal. I have up at this point. Over a year later I received a letter saying my appeal wa as due to be heard at court and the dates on the letter were 2 different dates and i had about three weeks to get prepared I phoned welfare rights but I had already thought t o myself that this was not going to go my way and wasn't well at all to start with so I told them I was leaving it. Got my assessment after 2 years coming up and i an dreading it. I am so stresses and getting really low I don't kn low what to do.

hi I was on benefits for years due to physical and mental health issues.i was supposed to attend a examination this time last year and was scared they would fail me meaning I would have to fight it over Christmas.i got offered a job at a time I was virtually crippled with pain but I took it for the security fast forward a year im more mentally and physically broken and penniless but im scared to try and get help just because of the way they treat you.make you have support with you even if they have to speak for you some folk even record the interview so they don't get a raw deal.good luck I hope you get what you deserve.
