I totally undestand

I am 73 years old and have gotten through many things with no problem. However, my former doctor gave me adivan with no explanation or instructions. By the time I realized what it was, I could not stop taking it. This was a year ago. In the time since, this has caused many health issues. Much more to the story, but last meds I took gave me leg and ankle swelling, resulting in Neuropathy symptoms. I am still suffering with that. I urge everyone to avoid "big pharma" totally. There are many other choices. I understand what anxiety feels like; I still have little bouts of this, even though I haven't taken adivan in about 3 months. I weaned myself off. I originally had a digestive issue, and because of doctors and prescription drugs, my health has been almost ruined. Find another way... CBD oil is one answer. Big Pharma is a serial killer. Big money for both drug companies and doctors have caused much needless suffering. When a drug is accompanied with a huge list of side effects, they are not kidding. Contact me for more information.

I totally agree after around 30 yrs of taken 5mg diazepam ,im in the same age bracket as yourself, and I had only started to feel very strange frightening feelings ,diazepam making it worse have been reduced to 2mg ,by a new Gp,awaiting assessment by another doctor ---don't understand the logic other than this Gp handelled my case badly and wanted to put me on an anti-depressant.of which having read the side effects 5pages,is too scary.Pharmaceutical companies must be pulling in huge profits at our plight/sensitivity ect.if you wish to discuss more be happy to.

I am stupid about technology, so not sure how to do messages back and forth. I am there for anyone, but not totally sure how to see messages, etc. Gotta run off in the rain and take grandkids to school. I am relatively new to this forum. I can say, that despite ones problem, having someone to talk to always helps.
