It's been a while since I've been up here. I tried to move forward and hopefully I would just forget about anxiety and depression but it's back, well it never left but I was able to push through the days. I even traveled alone for 30 hours on a bus to visit a family member. If you remember my posts then you know how big of a deal that is. But anyway, these last couple of weeks have been very tense for me.

oh im so sorry your going thru this u survived before and u will again fight and push harder this time and dont let it win u can do it!
Unfortunately 'forgetting' is not an effective way of overcoming anxiety and depression. The way forward is to do what you did when you went on that long bus trip: you did the thing you feared and you accepted the anxiety this caused you. Go on doing that: face your fears and pass through them rather than avoiding them. And accept the symptoms that anxiety sends your way, accept them fearlessly for the time being and give your nervous system time to recover. It takes practice and lots of time but acceptance overcomes all.
