Has anyone ever had a random cold spot on their body? (i.e. left leg)

It’s nothing too concerning and it is nothing that hurts. I was just curious if anyone has had a spot on their body where it kind of feels as if you have icy hot or ben gay on one spot. So not fully cold.

YES! I get this all the time and it happens in different spots. Most recently it was my left wrist. I’m not sure what causes it but it doesn’t seem to be anything bad.

Yeah and it’s very mild. It just seemed odd. But anxiety pretty much creates nothing but abnormal symptoms haha I’m getting over a bad few weeks. Ive been doing really well the past week and I feel like it’s just leftover anxiety trying to throw a couple more punches haha
