So here it goes I went to a psychiatrist today and I told her about the intrusive thought I keep having about me hurting someone I care about and she said I have OCD. I am not so sure though. She also just prescribed me meds didn't really give me any advice on how to deal with the thoughts. Can anyone help, please?!
