Anxiety is worse!

Hi all,

I had exam stress during my GCSE’s years ago and my anxiety seemed to be under control. I now have a job in social care (which I love!) but my anxiety has come back big time! I struggle to sit in team meetings comfortably or go to training and be settled. Help?!
