I haven't posted for a while because I've actually been coping quite well with my anxiety.
I have just been doing a workout in the gym and my heart started to do what it felt like summersaults, is this normal? It's kind of caught me off guard and now I'm starting to panic.
I have a big day today because I have a wedding booked in for makeups so I don't know whether it could be nerves getting to me to make my heart feel that way?
As soon as it happened I left the gym and it hasn't happened since...
I feel quiet worried incase anything happens to me now whilst I do the wedding today, is anyone able to help or give advice?
