This has to be epilepsy...or psychosis

My anxiety is so bad. I’ve been feeling a lot of Deja Vu lately, I’ve been super mumbley when I get nervous. I’ve just been so nervous about all of this. It’s so scary. I hate it. I feel like I’m losing my mind and I want it to stop. I feel like I’m going to fall in psychosis. I’m so stressed out from my school exams (I’m about to graduate high school) and it’s so scary. I haven’t been sleeping very well, I feel shaky and scared. I just started my new birth control but I’m not sure if it is that or if it isn’t just my anxiety. People have told me that my Deja Vu isn’t epilepsy because I show no other signs of epilepsy. That it’s just my anxiety and that I will be ok. But will I really be ok? Am I just falling into psychosis or is this epileptic seizures with Deja Vu? Im just so scared...

Big hugs friend. It really could just be your anxiety. The mind is so powerful. You can produce any symptoms based on panic. Try deep breathing exercises. They help me a lot. Birth control actually helped me from being so hormonal but if you just started, your body may need some time to adjust.

Hello and welcome through a passage of life. You mentioned changing your birth control, that may mean you have a significant other in your life too. Check with your physician about some of what you're going through.....maybe not the best choice for your body. If you are involved with a gentleman, is he supportive of your current stress or that you have even changed birth control?

In times of stress, your mind can convince you something more than anxiety is happening,, when most often it's not. This just a mountain you 're climbing and will reach the other side and wonder why in the world was all the fuss about.

Many hugs and best wishes......we have all had mountains that turn out to be small hills. You are going to do well......just remember to breathe. :) xx

May I suggest that you get a hold of the school social worker or therapist. They are well versed in helping you get your thoughts straight at this point in your last year.

You are probably more normal that you know, and when you get the re assurance you need, everything scary will just fade away. You are going to be fine.
