Antidepressants (sertraline ) diary - Day 6

So the last two days have still been a bit all over the place - BUT, not as severe.

I am still feeling a little bit sicky, and only just getting my appetite.

My heartburn is really bad but thankfully my legs I was complaining about the other day don't seem to be as bad now.

My stomach is aching still but overall the sickness and stomach ache is reducing.

Yesterday my anxiety was really increased, as it was today, but, I am managing it slightly better and ignoring it so it is dying down quicker.

In terms of my head and how emotionally I feel, it would seem SOME positive change is happening up there, but I know is early days and we will see how the anxiety creeps up.

They do say the first two weeks are usually the worse so I'm hoping the side effects start to reduce.
