Weird head/body sensation? Tense? Am I alone on this?

Does anyone ever feel like their head and body feels tense while walking around? Almost feels wobbly. Not like you are going to pass out or nothing that hurts. Just funny sensation in back of head and sometimes it feels like my head feels not empty but just weird. Any advice would help. I’ve been stressed for the past month and a half btw. And this is a new symptom

Look into Chronic Hyperventilation syndrome. Was a huge part of me having the same symptoms you have described.
