Horrid Nausea With 5 mg if Lexapro. will cutting dose in half he’ll?

Has anyone cut down from 5mg of Lexapo to 2.5 mg to help with severe nausea !!!! I am nauses all the time and can’t take it anymore. I’m on day 4! I’m thinking of cutting my dose in half. Has anyone else had this issue

I cut mine initially and now only do 10 mg day with 5 in morn and 5 in eve. Took several weeks to find what worked.

At one point I cut in fourths so yes I did 2.5 as well and worked my way up.

Amberjags88, I ALWAYS take my Lexapro after eating lunch. I was told it had to be taken with food. Just a thought for you. Hope you feel better by cutting the dose. x
