Cough - sporadic but annoying!

I had a nasty bout of the flu which started with a cough. This was 3.5 weeks ago. The main symptoms cleared within 2 weeks and the cough pretty much went. Then, last Friday, the cough came back - tight upper chest-throat area, discomfort etc - then it went again. However, yesterday, it returned again - the Friday cough! Just feels weird - not all the time but tight and constricted. Anyone else experienced this? I guess it’s my health anxiety going into overdrive again...

I've had exactly the same problem for the last 3 weeks I've even developed a raspy voice which I didn't have before I have terrible health anxiety every thing I get I assume is something bad

Thanks, Nat. Health anxiety can be debilitating. I think sharing experiences is a good way to manage, though. Matthew
