Lexapro 10mg

I just started Lexapro 10 mg once a day. Just wondering how others have reacted to it, is it helpful, just any advice you guys could give on it would be helpful thank you!

HI I am on Lex. There are no rules as to which drug does what to "us as individuals". You will have to trust yourself, and assume the best. Please do not go looking to other people and their experience. Trust your doctor and your instincts ! There is only ONE you!

I’m going on 5 months I think... I found that 10 at once made me tired then by evening my anxiety was up. I cut them in half and take 5 before work and 5 in the evening. It has been life saving. Any side effects I had, which I think was some increased reflux, only lasted 2 weeks. I have zero side effects now and I’m glad to say I’m finally getting some sleep and conquering my fears! I hope it works for you as well!
