How do i stop crying

I always just want to cry. How can I control this

Hi Trees, Ironically I too cried daily for 5 years straight both at home and in-patient hospital. The nurses even got upset with me constantly crying.. The more meds I was given the worse I got.

When I got home I decided I wanted off my medication. Had been left on them too long and that was making me cry. So maybe just maybe, your doctor in taking you off your meds is doing the right thing. Once your brain heals from the toxic chemicals, you may just stop crying as well. xx
