Do any of the women on here notice that their anxiety is worse during their menstrual cycle? I was just wondering because mine seems worse then.

I don’t have one. I haven’t in 12 years. I do recall all of my emotions being worse during that time though. I had anxiety that every person that looked at me would just know. Along with everything else. Hormones do fluctuate so I think that’s natural although I had a lot of problems with ovarian cysts and endometriosis and a bad cancer scare resulting in my doctors deciding I needed oncologist and complete hysterectomy. So I can’t swear it’s normal since I had so many problems I’m pretty sure it is. No one had answered you so wanted to give you some support. You can pm me anytime if you need to talk privately. I hope that helps some.

Yes !! Almost as regular as clockwork 2 days before my cycle I have a panic attack every time & my anxiety is at an all time high. It completely calms down once I start bleeding.

Yes and it’s normal. Mine is higher during menstrual AND ovulation. Never used to happen to me at all. Until after my second child turned 2. Hoping it’s just a phase!
