I have been on 20mg for about 8 years and then for about a year I took 20mg every other day (stupid thing to do). I then started feeling my anxiety come back again so I 5 weeks ago I started taking it everyday again. But I’m feeling like I’ve started from the beginning again with the side effects. Can anyone help?

Hi am also taking fluoxetine 20mg been on them for 3 months but been taking around 8pm as I couldn’t handle the side effects when I was taking them of a morning myself I think it’s much better to take of a night good luck.
