Anxious after curtain rod hit the back of my head. Anyone experience this?

I came on here in a bit panic. The curtain rod from my window had fell and hit the back of my head lightly. Not that hard just lightly. I have raised my window up too high and that's what made it fall. After that, I got tension and afraid that it will lead to something dangerous..for an ex? Brain bleeds, seizures, cracked skull. Yeah.

I'm a big hypochondriac and I am trying my best not to think about it alot cause' my anxiety will get worse, anyways, have anyone experience this?
