Sounds odd , but has anxiety affected anyone’s face muscles at all ?

why can I relate to almost every post on here lol. I have experienced facial twitches and sharp pains

More so twitching , my face can’t relax when smiling

I suggest to start with a multivitamin, vitamin D deficiency can be a factor of facial twitching. If you go to the doctor he can give you a muscle relaxant prescription and if he does a blood test add the Lyme test.

Lyme disease cause muscle problems, it originates from a tick bite sometimes not noticed. People with Lyme usually get widespread muscle and joint problems, it's treatable with antibiotics.

Yes my left side of my face twitches.

Hi, I’ve found I have twitching in my left eye that increases as my anxiety gets higher also get a twitch in my neck it’s rather annoying lol

It may be muscle tension caused by the stress hormone in the body. My jaw tenses up all the time. My first experience with health anxiety I thought I was having a stroke/heart attack because all the muscles in my left arm would hurt and tense up. Its awful but its all just tension, get it checked out to be on the safe side but was defo tension for me x
