Hi all,

So I'm struggling with something new, on and off nausea.

I really frightened myself over the weekend about my health after forgetting to do something and I worked myself up so much with it I feel it's left me exhausted. I've even achy and feel sicky every few hours, I've been eating okay but when I feel better it comes back.

Need some reassurance :( just really struggling.

Nausea is a really normal effect of anxiety, I get it all the time so try not to worry that it is something wrong. Try relaxing the muscles in your tummy and distract yourself with doing something else xx


Nausea likes to go hand in hand with my anxiety too. It sucks. I hope tomorrow is better for you
