Lowered my dosage of sertraline by half. Anyone out there done similiar..wondering about feelings etc. Did it work and was your dosage ok with u..was on 100mg now 50mg experiencing family issues old horrible feelings coming back...

Regret you are experiencing family issues; I take a medication that covers some of the reasons yours is prescribed. I always suggest that no medication be stopped or adjusted without medical supervision. Don't know what side effects can occur. As you're having so adjustment issue since you cut your dosage in half, and are also experiencing a negative domestic situation, perhaps you may consider contacting your prescribing doctor. Hope things improve for you.
