Does anyone else have a problem where they fall asleep just fine but wake up really early and can’t fall back asleep because they worry too much? How can I fix this? This has been happening for almost a month now.

Yep i have this, its horrible, i wake up a stupid early times and cant get back to sleep because of the racing mind!... its all anxiety related... sometimes i take a lorazopam 1mg tablet before bed this helps xx u have my sympathies xx
