Isn't this time of year a nightmare for many of us? Anxiety at the best of time is nasty but with the added pressure of SMILE 🎶Its Chriiiiiiistmas🎶 doesn't help let's be honest. Don't feel you are alone here. You truly aren't and I'm sorry you aren't having a good day. Take some deep breaths and maybe write down why you are feeling particularly low. It's always worked for me. Please take care and if you need a shoulder...give me a nudge. J
