😳

So I had ate some carryout , but I ate it really fast . I got very light headed . I also drunk a ginger ale 😬 my anxiety is to a point where I know it’s a temporary feeling but I still hate it ... I just fight it until i can feel myself not afraid to go to sleep . When I first ate then laid/sat down I was extra light headed so I laid up under my girlfriend and we was talking but i started to stutter ....

That happened to me too,the first time I had an attack was during dinner, expecially after drinking..since then i eat and drink really slow ,trying to calm down,now i'm ok with that but sometimes still happens. someone else experienced that?how do you cope with it,i'm curious to know..
