Feel Mixed Up

I get days sometimes (today) where I feel mixed up in my head like my thoughts are all tangled up in each other and it feels like it doesn’t make sense when I talk or type (even though it does) just feels kinda backwards or something and it’s hard to think straight or clearly is this normal?

Some people in my family said it can be from being super tired but I went to bed at 11 and slept all the way through the night. Is something wrong with me or is this normal? It’s 8:44AM here and I’ve been awake since 6:30AM but still feel a bit mixed up with poor focus and understanding a bit. Please let me know. Thanks!
