Periods of Derealization out of Nowhere

Does anyone have periods of Derealization that come out of nowhere it’s like you become super hypersensitive to the way you see things too. It’s freaky

That happened last night i went out with a friend for hot chocolate i got back to the house and 15 minuets later felt a little “off” but i nearly had a panic attack in the car when we were talking about our future and reading our horescopes so it could be me getting mildly worked up....same for you
