Related to hot flashes...??

Usually at least once a day at random times I consistently have to deal with something related to hot flashes but not that exactly. I had only continue to experience an flaming hot feeling all over my face my face does not ever get red at all and I don’t get sweaty either. Does anyone know if this could still be hot flashes or something else perhaps ?? I had consistently dealt with this for years already and yet, still clueless to why I am dealing with this one symptom only ... 🤷🏻‍♀️😬🙈

i'm going to be 40 this week and hot flashes have been starting past few months, so bad that it feels like a fever, i get them when i wake up and radom times during the day. and at night my legs will get wicked hot always at around 8pm
