Old memories

Does anyone else get sad when they look at old videos or pictures of you and your friends and you’re just like “wow I wish I could just go do that tomorrow” but you know you can’t cause you won’t feel comfortable with it

I know what you mean misfitt. I did this at first and it just kills you seeing how happy you were, but now I try and do the opposite and use these photos or memories as a target to aim at. I use them to convince myself Ive done it before i can do it again. Might not be tomorrow but we will get there i'm sure of it xx

Oh how I know what that feels like misfitt, the memories of being well and the nostalgia of enjoying life...Seems a world away from where I am right now

If you don’t me asking what is your diagnosis misfitt...I am currently being crippled by anxiety once again
